Job Opportunity

As a Sales Operations Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Sales Associates function within APAC Sales.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, project management acumen, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and change.

You will oversee the assignment and allocation of work to the sales associates supporting the business development team, ensuring that the sales process is followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides guidance and support to Sales Associates, fostering an environment which encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
  • Conducts performance evaluations for Sales Associates.
  • Identifies training needs and establishes performance standards for the unit.
  • Maintains effective communication with Sales Managers to anticipate needs effectively and provide required support.
Sales Operations Optimization:
  • Capacity planning; collaborating with Global Heads of Sales Operations and Sales Managers in APAC for prioritizing workloads and key deals ensuring that the allocation of sales resource is suitably split.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external contacts on larger deals involving Sales Operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Highly adaptable to change.
  • Strong understanding of governance procedures.
  • Excellent IT skills competency.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills.

This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and manage multiple challenging deadlines. It requires strong people management skills in a dynamic sales environment.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of previous leadership experience.
  • 5 or more years of related experience, within a Project or Program Management role with exposure to a sales environment within the financial sector.
