Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead and motivate our retail and sales staff. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate retail and sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Mentor, advise, and provide resolutions to any staff issues when necessary.
  • Develop innovative and effective sales strategies and plans to drive sales growth.
  • Perform sales forecasting activities and set performance goals for the team.
  • Provide continuous service and product education to customers and reinforce the benefits of our products.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory level.
  • Preferably in the Beauty and Wellness industry.
  • Possess excellent management and leadership qualities.
  • A self-driven and highly motivated person with excellent sales skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident demeanor.
  • Must be able to work on retail hours and adhere to a 5-day work week schedule.
