We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our corporate customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.

  • Coordinate and prepare schedules for IT Engineers on-site, outsource, and in-house projects.
  • Manage interns' deployment schedules effectively to meet business needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with Sales and IT departments to guarantee excellent after-sales services.
  • Build a customer-centric approach by fostering exceptional communication skills.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from corporate customers promptly and professionally.
  • Respond efficiently to email correspondence, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate service item inventory control to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure timely updates on service form inputs to our system, streamlining processes for optimal efficiency.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field to ensure a solid foundation in business principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel, to maintain accurate records and reports.

In addition to these requirements, you will also need:

  • Strong inventory control skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
