Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team at Goltens.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role that involves developing business strategies, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. As a Business Development and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, site visits, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to win new business and retain existing clients.
  • Liaise with operations, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer bases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid vacation time.
