About The Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Growth Strategist to join our marketing team at iShopChangi. As part of the role, you will lead partnership programmes across two segments: travel retail and domestic business. Your responsibilities will include expanding existing frameworks, sourcing and negotiating partnerships, and implementing projects aimed at bringing new sales growth to iShopChangi. You will collaborate with internal teams to design and deploy relevant products and programmes, track and evaluate performances, and optimize promotions and strategies to drive key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive partnership programmes to drive exponential new customer acquisition growth for both segments

• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with finance and lifestyle partners, airlines, hotel chains, and consumer brand groups

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative products and programmes that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth

• Analyze programme performances, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize promotional strategies and drive key performance metrics

• Manage programmes' P&L, ensuring targets are achieved and all planned activities are completed within budget

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in partnerships, loyalty/reward programmes, or business development

• Proven track record of securing exponential new customer growth through strategic partnerships

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and forge effective partnerships internally and externally

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
