This is a key leadership role that involves the development and implementation of strategic human resources planning initiatives to support business growth and success. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide expert advice on HR-related matters and make recommendations to senior management on HR strategy and policy. They will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., human resources, business administration, psychology)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on workforce planning and talent management
  • Strong project management skills, with experience of managing budgets and resources to deliver projects and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to provide expert advice on HR-related matters and make recommendations to senior management
