About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at George Fischer Pte Ltd. As a Key Account Manager for Cooling Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development for major projects in the Cooling or Building Technology-related market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the cooling-related market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key players operating or providing cooling solutions in the Industrial IS and BT segments.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their cooling needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cooling solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behaviors to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in sales and business development for major projects in the Cooling or Building Technology-related market.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
