Job Description

The Head of Procurement plays a pivotal leadership role in driving growth and expansion through strategic sourcing, supplier risk assessment, and process optimization.

As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing strong operational leadership, leading procurement transformation, and implementing strategic sourcing methodology to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership for direct and indirect categories, developing category management concepts.
  • Lead procurement transformation and improved supplier management.
  • Develop and roll out strategic sourcing methodology, implementing change management from tactical to strategic sourcing mentality.
  • Take charge of key improvement projects to streamline strategic sourcing and tactical purchasing activities.
  • Spearhead process improvement initiatives aligned with the organization's mission to achieve procurement excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Supply Chain Management, Science, Engineering, Business Management degree.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in procurement management, including strategic sourcing and category management.
  • Proven track records in leading procurement transformation and centralization.
  • Excellent leadership capability, managing senior stakeholders, and advocating constructive procurement improvement implementations.
