The Senior Care Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Administrative Finance Manager. This key position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth financial processes, and supporting the Centre Manager in all administrative tasks.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will have prior experience in finance management, team leadership, and customer service. They must be able to work independently, think critically, and make sound decisions quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage the Centre's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- To oversee the administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- To provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.
- To lead the team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance.
