The role of Administrative Finance Coordinator is a dynamic position within the finance department, responsible for providing administrative support, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Data Verification: Verify daily sales and purchases to ensure accuracy and compliance with established company policies.
  2. Cash Flow Management: Prepare and process cheque payments (AP) and invoices (AR), maintaining effective cash flow management practices.
  3. Store Closing Reports: Compile and analyze Store Closing Reports, highlighting key performance indicators to inform strategic business decisions.
  4. Monthly Accounts Closing: Contribute to the preparation of monthly accounts closing (GL), ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Key Qualifications: This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
