About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ductwork Solutions Sales Strategist to join our team at ACESIAN PARTNERS LIMITED.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet customer needs.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Marketing Collaboration: Develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and consultants.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ductwork systems and HVAC industry standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
