Technical Sales Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Ductwork Technical Sales Engineer to join our esteemed sales team. This role is crucial in driving the sales of our advanced ductwork solutions by leveraging technical expertise, providing tailored customer support, and delivering strategic sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of process exhaust ductwork systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in technical sales within the building construction or process exhaust ductwork industry.

  • Serve as the foremost technical authority on our comprehensive range of ductwork products and solutions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and project requirements to recommend optimal ductwork configurations and solutions.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate and influence key stakeholders on the advantages of our products.
Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries, including contractors, engineers, architects, and facility managers.
  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities, qualify leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers through effective sales techniques and relationship building.
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their feedback, concerns, and challenges, and facilitate timely resolutions to enhance customer loyalty.
Project Coordination and Support

Partner with internal departments (e.g., engineering, operations, logistics) to coordinate project execution from initial inquiry through to delivery and installation.

  • Provide project management oversight, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical reviews to support project implementation and address customer requirements effectively.

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
