• Key Responsibilities:

  2. Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end service solutions, including infrastructure and application-related components. ">
  3. Create and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to meet clients' business needs and technical challenges. ">
  4. Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions & services, by translating business requirements into technical specifications. ">
  5. Develop and nurture a partner and vendor ecosystem to collaborate on delivering comprehensive, competitive solutions for clients. ">
  6. Identify and evaluate third-party technologies and services that can enhance business service offerings, building strategic alliances for client success. ">
  7. Facilitate and oversee joint solution design efforts with partners to meet customer needs and tender requirements. ">
  8. Work closely with customer success consultants and service delivery teams to understand detailed technical requirements and contribute to solution design. ">
  9. Provide technical guidance during the sales and business development lifecycles, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting sales efforts. ">
  10. Prepare solution presentations, proposals, and proof-of-concept materials to articulate how the solutions fulfill client needs. ">
  11. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from solution design to implementation, ensuring that projects meet technical standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. ">
  12. Align architecture deliverables (e.g., Statement of Work, designs, and schedules) with contractual terms to ensure clarity and agreement. ">
  13. Collaborate with Customer Success and Service Delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from solution design to execution and post-implementation support. ">
  14. Remain updated on technological advances, industry trends, and market developments, to recommend and lead the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies in the IT ecosystem. ">
  15. Propose and implement innovative solutions to resolve unique and complex technical challenges with long-term, organization-wide impact. ">
  16. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development. ">
  17. Serve as a technical expert and consultant across the organization to ensure high-quality architectural standards and practices are followed. ">
  18. Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Advanced technical certifications are highly desirable. ">
  19. At least 4-6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, infrastructure, or systems design roles is necessary. Proven track record of designing and delivering complex solutions involving multiple technologies across various IT domains, including networking, systems, cloud, and cybersecurity. Experience in working with partners, vendors, or external ecosystems to co-create solutions is also required. Strong experience in supporting large-scale projects, particularly in responding to bids or proposals. ">
