AI Engineer Position Overview

This is a challenging role that involves creating intelligent agents, copilots, and advanced workflows powered by state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs). The successful candidate will have a strong background in Generative AI (GenAI) and LLMs.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, building, and deploying agent-based systems leveraging large language models and tool orchestration frameworks.
  • They will also design and optimize generative AI solutions using models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA, contributing to model innovation.
  • A key aspect of the job will involve implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, reasoning chains, and multi-step workflows for robust enterprise AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance and consistency.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of AI models, from data preprocessing and model fine-tuning to monitoring, evaluation, and deployment with MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate business goals into scalable AI solutions.
  • Stay ahead of GenAI and Agentic AI advances, proactively experimenting with new techniques and frameworks.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation and mentor team members in best practices.
