Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. This role will involve translating business challenges into AI/ML solutions, assessing data readiness, quality, and governance for AI applications, and communicating AI value and ROI to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver end-to-end AI projects from proof of concept to production-ready prototypes
  • Research and apply emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models, and MLOps
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring prototypes into production

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Alternatively 1-3 years experience in AI/ML engineering, solution design, or data science
  • Strong skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern AI/ML frameworks
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and LangChain
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps
  • Track record of deployed AI solutions or publications in top AI conferences
  • Domain knowledge in logistics/shipping/supply chain is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
