Job Opportunity:
A forward-thinking professional with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies is sought to join our dynamic team in the development of advanced ServiceNow solutions. This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of ServiceNow, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and hyperautomation.
As a key member of our team, you will participate in designing and implementing cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that integrate with Gen AI, Agentic AI, and hyperautomation technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules while incorporating AI-powered capabilities.
  • Develop AI-enhanced workflows, virtual agents, and predictive systems that elevate traditional ServiceNow implementations.
  • Collaborate on end-to-end business transformation projects, not just technical implementations.
  • Work alongside a holistic team of business process consultants, UI/UX designers, AI experts, and architects.
  • Contribute to creating AI-powered ITSM, Virtual Agents, and predictive workflows.
Requirements:
Required:
  • Experience working with ServiceNow platforms (level of experience will determine role seniority).
  • ServiceNow certification or willingness to obtain certification (fully sponsored by our organization).
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and web services (depth required varies by seniority).
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical implementation with business transformation.
Preferred:
  • Experience with or interest in AI integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Multiple ServiceNow certifications or specializations.
  • Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise applications.
