Job Role Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing the processing of customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency. It involves generating comprehensive order documentation and collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure timely shipping and delivery.

  • Manage and process customer orders in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain accurate order documentation
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate correct item pick, pack, and shipment
  • Ensure all orders are processed within specified deadlines
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to order status and inventory levels
  • Maintain up-to-date databases of orders and shipments
  • Provide support in preparing reports on order status, inventory levels, and shipping activities
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and order processing required
