
Community Relations Specialist

Job Summary:
The Community Relations Specialist will serve as a key contact for candidate inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to grievances. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for issue resolution, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grievance Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate concerns, addressing complaints promptly and professionally.
- Candidate Support: Actively listen to feedback, provide solutions, and maintain open communication channels to ensure candidate satisfaction.
- Conflict Mediation: Mediate between candidates and recruiters to resolve misunderstandings or issues amicably.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential records of grievances and resolutions.
- Process Improvement: Provide insights and feedback to enhance candidate experience and satisfaction.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's reputation by fostering positive relationships and ensuring professional communication at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in public relations, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and commit to a flexible part-time schedule.
