Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant discipline and prior drafting experience is an advantage. Skilled in 3D drafting software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks, the candidate must be able to work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and design specifications.

The job involves revising and updating drawings based on feedback and ensuring all designs meet industry standards and regulations. Maintaining organized records of drawings and project documentation for future reference and compliance is also essential. Additionally, the candidate will be required to check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.

In this role, you will assist in project planning and coordination by providing accurate drawings and technical support. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned may also be part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and design specifications.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation for future reference and compliance.
  • Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant discipline.
  • Prior drafting experience is an advantage.
  • Skilled in 3D drafting software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
