Estimated salary: SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to provide high-level professional administrative support to our Leadership Team. This includes coordinating daily operations, corporate travel arrangements, and special projects such as Townhall and recognition events.

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Office, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate all aspects of corporate travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation booking, and develop agendas for business visits.
  • Manage hotel reservations referred by executives and the corporate office, serving as the primary contact at pre, during, and post-stay.
  • Coordinate and work with department stakeholders to oversee and execute special projects, such as Townhall and recognition events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and project the company's professional reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. You should also be able to work independently, be meticulous and detail-oriented, and have a positive work attitude.

  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar capacity or relevant experience.
  • Degree/Diploma in Communications, Hospitality, Tourism, or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
