IT Lab Operations Specialist

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled IT Lab Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and experience in managing lab operations, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain lab equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times.
  • Provide technical support to students and faculty, resolving issues related to lab equipment and software.
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintaining lab equipment and software.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of lab operations with other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices in lab operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a lab setting.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
