Job Title:

Environmental Specialist - Lab Operations

About the Role:
The Environmental Specialist-Lab Operations will be responsible for reviewing and verifying laboratory test results, generating and emailing analysis reports to clients. Key responsibilities include performing laboratory testing on environmental samples, accurately reporting test data, supervising junior analysts in routine sample analysis, covering duties for analysts or administrative staff when needed, overseeing quality control procedures, troubleshooting laboratory instruments, conducting training for lab personnel on testing procedures and equipment use, maintaining and updating the laboratory's quality system in compliance with SAC-SINGLAS requirements, ensuring equipment performance and data reliability through routine QA/QC protocols and scheduled preventive maintenance, participating in planning and distribution of lab work, maintaining strong client relationships and providing support for after-hours sample activation when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field
• Team player & fast learner
• Willingness to learn attitude
