Operations Specialist Job Description

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization. This includes managing mechanical and electrical systems, lifts, air conditioning, lifecycle asset replacement, fire safety systems, plumbing, and security.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify defects, maintenance needs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate works that may occasionally be carried out on weekends to minimize disruption to weekday operations.
  • Ensure works comply with statutory and fire safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source, appoint, and manage service providers for various tasks.
  • Coordinate space planning, allocation, and optimization for company departments or tenants.
  • Handle tenancy-related matters, including lease agreements, fit-out guidelines, and reinstatement.
General Administration
  • Provide administrative support to managers or teams.
  • Ensure efficient use, maintenance, and management of office equipment and resources.
  • Manage front desk duties, respond to internal and external inquiries, and handle office supply requisitions.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Facilities Management, Building Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities, building services, or asset maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Singapore regulations and codes.
  • Knowledge of M&E systems, building infrastructure, and vendor management.
