Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and strategic relevance of digital ecosystems.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and management of high-impact partnerships with digital platforms, public and private organisations, IHLs, and content creators.

The goal is to drive user engagement, increase lead generation, enrich content offerings, and contribute to Singapore's broader Career Health narrative.

This is a cross-functional role involving forging strategic partnerships, business development, and digital content distribution.

Key skills and competencies required for this position include partnership strategy and development, relationship building and stakeholder engagement, platform growth and audience engagement, strategic alignment and innovation, and operational excellence.

Requirements include a proven track record of onboarding external partners and managing cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience working alongside government platforms or in public-private collaborations is a plus.
