
Technical Systems Support Professional

We are seeking an IT Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to end-users, delivering remote and on-site technical assistance, and performing system maintenance and upgrades to enhance security and reliability.
This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, and collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2/3 IT support, resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance, ensuring seamless problem resolution.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups to optimize system performance.
- Install, configure, and test new IT infrastructure components.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to drive process improvements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high service standards.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.
