Job Title: Infrastructure Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage and coordinate the development of new infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
  • To lead cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • To develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior management.
  • To ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in infrastructure development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
