Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Development Specialist
As a Senior Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in planning and developing healthcare infrastructure facilities. You will oversee various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing master plans and budget proposals for healthcare infrastructure facilities;
- Conducting conceptual planning, feasibility studies, and design development;
- Managing tender preparation and evaluation, as well as construction management;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success;
- Staying updated on Building Regulations, Environment Health Safety, and Workplace Safety Health requirements.
Requirements:
- Masters in Architecture or Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or Estate with at least 6 years' relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure facilities planning and development;
- Extensive experience in designing hospitality facilities is advantageous;
- Strong knowledge in Building Regulations, Environment Health Safety, and Workplace Safety Health requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development;
- Excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.
