We are seeking a highly motivated Global Customer Support Manager to join our team at This Is An IT Support Group.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Customer Service Operations or equivalent, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages and coordinates the end-to-end customer experience (from order to installation).
- Resolves customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts.
- Liaises between customers and internal organizations such as Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Service Delivery.
