Project Manager (Structural)

Job Description:

As a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in structural and façade projects, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of high-specification installations. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading project planning, coordination, and execution for complex structural packages involving composite systems, steel frameworks, and façade elements.
  • Coordinating with design, fabrication, and installation teams for metal structural works, such as curtain wall, cladding, and sub-frames.
  • Liaising with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure technical compliance and quality assurance.
  • Managing project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and subcontractor performance from award to handover.
  • Conducting risk assessments, technical reviews, and system compatibility checks across bonded panel and metal structural components.
  • Overseeing procurement and logistics planning for specialty materials, such as composite metal panels and anchor systems.
  • Ensuring adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and QMS documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Delivering project reporting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder updates to internal and external parties.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management within structural, façade, or real estate construction sectors.
  • Deep expertise in Bondax system applications and metal structure integration, including design coordination, procurement, and installation oversight.
  • Proven leadership in end-to-end delivery of high-specification structural or façade projects.
  • Strong knowledge of modular steelwork, composite cladding, and structural envelope detailing.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, and subcontractors across complex project timelines.
