Structural Installation Supervisor

About the Role:

This is a challenging role that involves supervising Structural, Architectural installation works at various project sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installation works are carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out regular supervision of Structural, Architectural installation works to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Assist Architects/Engineers in supervising contractors and coordinating with consultants to achieve quality and timeliness objectives.
  • Take prompt action to address poor quality materials or defects that may impact the surrounding installations.
  • Ensure proper implementation of instructions and plans emanating from Architects/Engineers.
  • Submit site reports on projects performance and progress on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Minimum 10 years' working experience as Resident Technical Officers.
  • Extensive experience in the supervision of deep basement construction, preferably with top-down construction, bored pile systems, secant bored pile wall, diaphragm wall, precast concrete and structural steel construction.
  • Able to start work by a specified date or within short notice.
