**Steel Structural Supervisor**:
**Requirement**:

- Supervise, organize, and plan activities to ensure smooth fabrication/Installation of construction structures within the stipulated schedule
- Estimate manpower requirement for extra work/daywork including materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare project progress reports and plan for one week look ahead of activities to be completed
- Perform MTO and update progressively to ensure proper control of material procurement and usage
- Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the products timely
- Follow up on all fabrication and installation job fit up, welding and inspection
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work
- Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site
- To ensure site carry out according to daily site coordination.
- Control and minimize wastages.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
- Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey instructions clearly
- To assist the Project Manager in the daily activities of work
- Must have Structural Steel Supervisor Certificate
- Able to work independently, proactive, and self-motivated

**Responsibility**:

- Min Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Independent, diligent, and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
- Able to work in team and cope in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel around project site within Singapore.
- Overall project planning & scheduling
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
