Key Role

This is a full-time position requiring expertise in marine/shipyard operations involving structure fabrication and installation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project specifications for materials procurement with the material coordinator team
  • Track and maintain records of leftover materials for final reconciliation purposes
  • Collaborate with Project Leaders to understand project timelines and schedules
  • Facilitate efficient site fabrication and installation activities with subcontractor teams
  • Update and submit regular project progress reports, planning for upcoming week's activities
  • Work with QA/QC specialists to resolve issues and maintain quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with Client representatives regarding project quality standards
  • Prepare progressive Red Line Markup drawings and inform engineering teams about site changes
  • Address drawing and site discrepancies with Project Leaders and ensure site coordination
  • Organize scaffolding erection and dismantling tasks with relevant trades
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Marine Offshore, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marine/shipyard operations involving structure fabrication and installation
