Key Responsibilities:
">- Documentation and Shipping Administration:">
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for local and export deliveries.
- Prepare and manage shipping paperwork, including labels, packing lists, and other required documents.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of orders, shipments, and related documents.
- Monitor and track the entire process of Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders (DOs) from issuance to delivery completion.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of POs, DOs, and invoices into internal systems.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify delivery status and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements:
">- Candidate should have experience in customer service, administration, or sales support.
- Microsoft Office and SAP experience is an added advantage.
