Job Description

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Preparing documentation and coordinating internal and external ISO audits.
  • Supporting employee training sessions on ISO standards and monitoring compliance metrics.
  • Gathering and analyzing data for KPI tracking and workflow optimization.
  • Cordinating workshops to promote best practices across departments.
  • Managing sustainability projects and collecting data for Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).
  • Cordinating ESG reporting for stakeholders.
  • Planning and executing CSR initiatives, maintaining relationships with external partners and NGOs.
  • Preparing presentations and reports for leadership meetings.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of all strategic planning activities.
  • Providing logistical support for audits, training, and events.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Engineering, Quality or Environmental Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a lead auditor.
  • An understanding of business needs and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) programs.
  • Knowledge of diesel engines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Certified ISO Lead Auditor or internal quality auditor certifications.
  • Familiarity with Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is advantageous.
