Strategic Planning and Sustainability Coordinator

Job Title: Strategic Planning and Sustainability Coordinator
">This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for preparing documentation and coordinating internal and external ISO audits. You will also support employee training sessions on ISO standards and monitor compliance metrics.
">You will gather and analyze data for KPI tracking and workflow optimization, coordinate workshops to promote best practices across departments, and assist in managing sustainability projects and collect data for Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).
">You will also coordinate ESG reporting for stakeholders, plan and execute CSR initiatives, maintaining relationships with external partners and NGOs, prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings, and ensure accurate documentation of all strategic planning activities.
">Requirements include a degree in Engineering, Quality or Environmental Management, 3 - 5 years of experience as a lead auditor, understanding of Company business needs and customer needs, proficiency in Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) programs, knowledge of diesel engines, strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, certified ISO Lead Auditor or internal quality auditor certifications, familiarity with Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
