Job Description:

As a strategic planning assistant manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our company's sustainability initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting in preparing documentation and coordinating internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

You will also support employee training sessions on ISO standards, monitor compliance metrics, and analyze data for KPI tracking and workflow optimization. Additionally, you will coordinate workshops to promote best practices and prepare reports on process improvements.

Furthermore, you will support sustainability projects, monitor ESG program progress, collaborate with teams to collect data for Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and ESG reporting, plan and execute CSR initiatives, maintain relationships with external partners and NGOs, and collect feedback and measure the impact of CSR programs.

Finally, you will prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings and ensure accurate documentation of strategic planning activities.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG/ISO
  • Proficiency in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices
  • Knowledge of diesel engine systems
  • Certified ISO Lead Auditor or internal quality auditor certification
