Job Description:

The Strategic Planning Assistant Manager (ISO/ESG) role involves supporting the development and implementation of strategies that promote environmental, social, and governance practices. This includes coordinating internal and external audits, training employees on ISO standards, analyzing data for key performance indicators, and monitoring compliance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of documentation and coordination of audits
  • Support for employee training sessions and monitoring of compliance metrics
  • Analysis of data for KPI tracking and workflow optimization
  • Coordination of workshops to promote best practices and preparation of reports on process improvements
  • Support for sustainability projects and monitoring of ESG program progress
  • Collaboration with teams to collect data for Life Cycle Assessments and ESG reporting
  • Planning and execution of CSR initiatives, maintenance of relationships with external partners and NGOs
  • Collection of feedback and measurement of the impact of CSR programs
  • Preparation of presentations and reports for leadership meetings
  • Accurate documentation of strategic planning activities
  • Logistical support for audits, training, and events

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ESG/ISO
  • Proficiency in Environmental, Social, and Governance practices
  • Knowledge of diesel engine systems
  • Certified ISO Lead Auditor or internal quality auditor certification
