Strategic Planning and Operations ManagerAbout the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate planning group, you will play a vital role in assisting senior management in civil engineering and construction management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company-wide action plans, reviewing and monitoring progress, and coordinating training programs and content creation. Additionally, they will oversee Microsoft SharePoint platform management, lead the digital transformation working group, and assist in MS Power Point presentation deck preparation as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in civil engineering and construction management
- Manage company-wide action plans, review, and monitor progress
- Coordinate training programs and content creation
- Oversee Microsoft SharePoint platform management
- Lead the digital transformation working group
- Assist in MS Power Point presentation deck preparation as needed
- Business trips to other countries may be required for business purposes
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate planning in building construction and construction activities, including coordination roles
