  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of pre- and post-course survey data to identify trends and generate actionable insights for enhancing training programs. Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for data related enquiry and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to align data related goals and priorities.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Data Analytics, or a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in data management and analytics work, or a related role. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required. The successful candidate will be a pro-active problem solver with a customer centric approach and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
