Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, event managers, designers, and other 3rd party vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive client engagement and goals.
  • Lead and/or support the planning and execution of multiple events globally, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide technical support across various virtual event platforms, including Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.
  • Manage project budgets, time tracking, and reconciliation to ensure fiscal success.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce successful events, handling multiple projects from entry-level to large-scale events.
Requirements
