Sales Operations Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support our Hotel Sales team in coordinating and administering sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and the hotel, communicating on behalf of the Director of Sales & Marketing, Asst Director of Sales, and Sales Team when necessary.
  • Ensure all correspondences are effectively copied to relevant departments and regional offices, with follow-up actions tracked and completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage telephone calls, taking messages, handling new enquiries, and checking room availability.
  • Respond promptly to all leads and follow up proposals within 8 hours.
  • Be accountable for meeting targets and goals set for area of responsibility.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity is required.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in stressful situations.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
