Job Summary

As Assistant Manager, Lexus Sales Operations, you will play a key role in optimizing sales processes, practices, and policies to internal customer satisfaction and employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support sales managers on vehicle registration and delivery, including COE submissions and allocations.
  2. Manage stock allocation to sales consultants based on delivery commitments.
  3. Tabulate sales incentives and consolidate sales performance reports.
  4. Ensure lean and sufficient display of fleet vehicles for showrooms and offsite activations.
  5. Maintain showroom standards, including display vehicles and promotional materials.
  6. Support sales and marketing activations, including roadshows and promotional campaigns.
  7. Train new employees on systems and sales processes.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new sales and customer-related processes.
  9. Align internal sales processes with company policies.
Skill Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of sales operations experience, preferably in the automotive industry, with Enterprise Software (SAP Coupa) experience.
  2. Minimum diploma qualifications and above.
  3. Stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  5. Proactive, engaging, goal-focused, dependability, strong leadership, and accountability.
