IT Systems Maintenance Specialist Job Description

This role requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual to perform various maintenance tasks on IT systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate flexibility in the work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform L1 troubleshooting on IT systems, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct periodic preventive maintenance of IT systems, including operating system and security patch updates.
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve problems and ensure seamless operation of IT systems.
  • Work independently, using problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Rotate between day and night shifts, demonstrating adaptability in the work environment.
  • Perform non-office based job duties at various client facilities in Singapore, requiring ability to work in diverse settings.
  • Require Nitec/Diploma in IT or Electronics-related discipline, showcasing relevant technical knowledge and skills.
