About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team at KOOBITS LEARNING PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the education sector and experience in selling to consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and develop partnerships within the education sector.
  • Lead the Sales Team: Manage a sales team of 15 – 50 people, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team members meet their sales targets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand their needs and preferences, and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Sales director/VP or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably within the EdTech industry.
  • Education Sector Expertise: Strong understanding of the education sector and experience in selling to consumers.
  • Distribution Channel Development: Demonstrated ability to acquire and set up distribution channels outside Singapore.
  • Business Acumen and Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
