Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Lifescience Healthcare business. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new accounts, establishing profitable relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth across Europe, US, and Asia.


Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of regional or multi-regional companies not currently conducting business with us in the assigned region.
  • Establish long-term business relationships with prospects.
  • Develop strategic solutions unique to each company to reduce overall logistics costs while improving sales to current and new customers.
  • Enhance customer relationships throughout their contract to encourage contract renewal and/or extension, or issuance of a new RFP.

Qualifications & Education
  • Minimum of five years of strategic sales experience in LSH logistics.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of creating and enabling revenue streams.
  • Strong relationships with Mid-size LSH companies.
  • Solid knowledge of international and domestic logistics.
  • Experience in bundling end-to-end services including digital to create solutions addressing specific needs.
  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to effectively network and influence prospects from senior to executive level.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
  • High degree of integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • University degree preferred.
