We are seeking a Customer Engagement Professional to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to customers to secure appointments and build relationships through multiple communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective call handling, email correspondence, and digital interactions.
  • Confidently address customer inquiries and objections in a professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed conversion targets by consistently achieving contact rates and appointment rates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of call activities, leads, and appointment details.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards during all communications.

Requirements:
