We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineering Director to drive technical excellence and customer success across our APJ region.

  • Leverage your expertise in DevSecOps, cloud, and infrastructure modernization to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team.
  • Partner with sales leaders to develop strategic roadmaps that align with business goals and drive pipeline growth.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance customer outcomes, leveraging your skills in community leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with marketing, support, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing SE teams in enterprise software or cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated regional leadership experience in ASEAN and broader Asia, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of building and growing technical teams across multi-country scopes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Prior second-line leadership experience or advanced technical degree (MBA preferred).
  • Familiarity with HashiCorp tools or similar technology stacks.
