The Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing technical support for the world's leading financial professionals. As a key part of our User Support business, you will be responsible for installing and setting up Bloomberg software, configuring proprietary hardware, and resolving client workflows and terminal-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to a broad range of clients through live, interactive media
  • Ensure fast and effective management of client workflows and Bloomberg terminal-related hardware/software issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and maintain effective communication
  • Connect with clients, including CEOs and executive managers, to provide technical training on the Bloomberg Terminal and connect them to internal teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or above) and ability to join a 2025 training class
  • Up to 2 years of full-time work experience
  • Business proficiency and fluency in English and Hindi to manage respective clients
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in financial markets or technology and aspiration to work in the financial/fintech services industry
