The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Graduate Program representative. As a key member of our User Support business, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to a broad range of clients, ensuring fast and effective management of various client workflows and Bloomberg terminal-related hardware/software issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for clients, including installation and setup of Bloomberg software, licenses, and logins, configuration of proprietary hardware, and other technical and login support for mobile and desktop applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, maintain effective communication, and ensure consistent adherence to company standards.
  • Connect with clients, including CEOs and executive managers, to provide technical training on the Bloomberg Terminal and connect them to various internal teams depending on the Bloomberg products and platforms they subscribe to.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or above) and the ability to join a 2025 training class.
  • Up to 2 years of full-time work experience.
  • Business proficiency and fluency in English and Hindi to manage respective clients.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service to clients through live, interactive media.
  • Demonstrable interest in financial markets or technology and aspiration to work in the financial/fintech services industry.
