Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Coffee Supervisor to manage our front-of-house retail operations at our coffee outlets in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain store appearance through visual merchandising and housekeeping to ensure a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Arrange and conduct in-store events and workshops to engage with customers and promote our products.
  • Oversee store inventory and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Participate in product trainings and provide feedback to improve our offerings and services.
  • Assist with other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the store.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English or proficient in communication to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Passion for specialty coffee and brewing equipment to drive our coffee culture and expertise.
  • Service-oriented and team player to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
